After speaking with you the other day about the performance of the electrostatic systems you installed here at Alameda Towers I thought that I would write you the following note.

We selected your equipment for all of our water systems (cooling towers, boilers, domestic hot water, etc.) in an attempt to achieve better results than we had experienced with chemical treatment and to solve problems with potable water that we previously could not treat.
