POLYMERS. Enecon Polymers are internationally renowned and
viewed for numerous reasons as the finest product available
in the marketplace today. The family of products are "battlefield
tested" and are used by all branches of the United States
military and at least 9 other foreign militaries. Our customer
base covers 25 foreign countries and includes some of the
most progressive organizations in the world.
US Navy vessels do not leave port without Speedalloy and Duralloy
on board, and we are proud to have just completed repairs
on our 25th US Navy Destroyer and critical repairs to the
Aircraft Carrier Inchon. Our history dates back to when the
partners of Enecon created the 1st Department of the Navy
approved non-skid deck coating for aircraft carriers. Enecon
Polymers are used for hull smoothing and fairing materials,
and were the first contractor to be approved for such applications
by the Department of Defense. Our unique adhesives have long
been used for semi-structural bonding for aircraft.
Enecon Polymers are patented and fiber based as opposed to
the industry standard bead base. This quantum leap in technology
has allowed our family of high performance polymers to enjoy
benefits no other product can claim. No other polymer has
an indefinite shelf life. We have extended the "pot life"
for ease of application. All carcinogens have been engineered
out of our formulations. Our coefficient of expansion is one
of the best in the industry yet there is no expansion or shrinkage
in the curing process or out-gassing of volatile organic compounds
(VOCs).
Independent laboratory tests performed for the Nuclear Regulatory
Commission concluded that Enecon Polymers had the highest
overall rating of any of the 12 products tested. These tests
included the most important concerns for the maintenance engineer
such as Blister Resistance and Pull-off Adhesion.
Enecon Polymers have been approved by the United States Department
of Agriculture to come in contact with food items.
Enecon Polymers are on the ABS approved list to resurface
and protect both metallic and cementious surfaces from corrosion
and chemical attack.

for repairs to pipes, tanks, sumps, radiators and
fuel tanks, cracked and holed casings, damaged keyways,
stripped threads, scored shafts and hydraulic rams.

DURALLOY:
fully machinable for repairs to worn shafts, oversized
bearing and bush housings, scored rams, sloppy keyways,
cracked and holed casings, warped, distorted or steam
cut flange faces.

DURAQUARTZ:
for repair to concrete, marble, stone, slate, terrazzo,
tile, metal or wood damaged by impact, chemical attack

DL :
for use in severly damaged areas where rust and
corosion have been accelerated by cavitation damage
on pumps, seats, heat exchanger joints, flexible seals,
gaskets, piping systems, wicket gates, butterfly valves,
rudders, propellers, and hulls with an elastomeric polymer
capable of absorbing the shock wave that causes the
pitting of metal following the implosion of bubbles
in the fluid.

DP :
