WCTI TOWER TREATMENT TECHNOLOGY IS IMMINENTLY SCALABLE AND CAN BE INSTALLED IN ANY SIZE TOWER.

Please note the similarities in the pictures of the 500 ton and 10,000 ton installations shown below. Zero Blowdown Technology only requires HES pre-treatment of the make-up water which is dramatically reduced by the elimination of the tower bleed requirements. The vessels making up the HES configuration are available in a vast array of dimensions and only need to be plumbed in with piping to accommodate the flow rates required for the reduced makeup requirements of a WCTI treated tower. Team Integratech’s engineering staff will determine the size of the vessels and piping required to effectively treat any sized tower configuration from 100 to 100,000+ tons.
